● Nemanifestarea darurilor noastre conduce la o mare apăsare. Cercetarea m-a condus la concluzia că nefolosirea darurilor cu care am venit înzestraţi nu se soldează cu efecte minore asupra vieţii noastre; noi plătim un preţ ridicat pentru acest lucru, sub forma bunăstării noastre fizice şi emoţionale.
